Dr. Hammond graduated magna cum laude from the Honors Program at the University of Utah in 1996 with a degree in biology. He then completed medical school there in 2000. He finished an internship in general surgery in 2001 at Mount Carmel Health in Ohio followed by a residency in otolaryngology at The Ohio State University which he finished in 2005. He enjoys both pediatric and adult otolaryngology. He spends most of his spare time with family. Hobbies include downhill skiing and photography. He loves the community of Fairbanks.
